I come from ten years of multicultural work experience abroad with working linguistic competence and ability to relate to disparate profiles which helps me daily in the relationship with the team, as well in creating the conditions for effective collaboration with customers and stakeholders. After an initial university course in economics, the evolution of my interests and my vocations as well as the evolution of job market, led me in search of completion training in the IT field which today allows me to take on the role of PM IT by fully understanding business relationships and at the same time remaining at the keep up with technical developments. As a results- and goal-oriented IT PM, the focus is on completing the projects ensuring compliance with agreed specifications; after careful analysis of context and team, I am able to operate in Agile or Waterfall depending of the best methodology for that specific context. Versatility and predisposition to change leads me to proactively search for personal development in AI skills and achievement project management certifications (PMI).
