Introducing process and rigor to the finance team to increase margin by 5% within the first 12 months, I quickly extended my remit to include commercial and compliance responsibilities to deliver value and structure to the management team.  I was integral to business planning, budgeting & reporting, sales modelling, financial and commercial due diligence.  

My contribution included driving focus from a diverse product offering back to product innovation and enhancements made to high margin hero lines.  This process significantly increased the profitability of the business and the company valuation.

In early 2010, I supported the management team through an investment process with Livingbridge Equity partners which resulted in the Company achieving a significant cash investment in return for the sale of a minority shareholding.
