I acted as a member of a change management committee tasked with evaluating call volume matrix and other relevant data to determine feasibility and staff readiness for planned software integrations. Within this position, I:

- Partnered with a start up on the $400K+ development of a group home resourcing ERP to discover available group homes within British Columbia via mobile app or browser.  
- Implemented a Workforce Management System (Teleopti) for the Provincial Centralized Screening Office to digitize and optimize schedule management for 200+ registered social workers.  
- Acted as the primary contributor in creating business requirements for ERP (inventory management) implementation projects.
- Analyzed cost-benefit metrics of child placement residential agencies to determine inefficiencies and areas of improvement at a provincial scale. 
- Developed research methods, created provincial wide survey tactics to clearly define user needs, and root-causes of bottlenecks.
- Created a project schedule, roadmap, Gantt chart etc., and eliminated potential roadblocks for the $400K budget constrained project. 
- Managed 2+ multi-year projects while responding to urgent ad-hoc requests that needed to be handled within business day.
