For as long as I can remember, I was born to be a coach. As a little girl, I’d lead my sisters to help mom clean the house & do chores. My passion for leadership grew when I stepped into corporate: I’d hand-pick and coach talent to scale advertising departments as a team. But 2020 came around and I began to feel unfulfilled. Bosses started to strip away my freedom, control, and creativity. I was fed up with slaving for the paycheck. My desire to build something truly mine grew. During this time I started my personal development journey: 5AM Club, losing 10 kilos in 10 weeks, and studying the Kabbalah (to name a few). It absolutely transformed me: Eating healthy and early wake-ups eliminated my brain fog, increased my performance and boosted my mood. I knew others could benefit like I did, So I started Coach K part-time, focusing on weight loss and its wonders for mind, body, and health. Now, Coach K’s my full-time mission with 180+ clients transformed. They’re living their best life with a body and mentality they’re proud of, that gives them the performance to achieve greater things. And the best part: not a single day in my life feels like work.
