Here I managed both client and Psychologist accounts at a mental health technology startup, a platform that uses data analysis to connect people with a psychologist who best fit their specific needs.

As with any small scale startup, I wore many hats. In addition to being the Account Manager and first point of contact for the business, I also drove outcomes in marketing and sales. 

We were constantly creating, strategizing, adapting and evaluating new ideas and avenues to explore.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Supervised a team of 12 interns with multiple end-to-end projects
•  Pitched and promoted the startup to key stakeholders, researched new avenues for growth, investigated and analysed data, and led meetings with potential partners
•  Successfully liased with external stakeholders and built thriving long-term business relationships
•  Maintained and expanded existing client relationships via identifying client needs, highlighting relevant service updates, and resolving any queries or issues promptly
•  Prioritized and effectively managed day to day business operations

In the Department of Development and External Affairs Department, our goal was to increase funding for a public elementary school focused on the arts. 

I researched and corresponded with current and prospective donors, met with Manhattan district council members in pursuit of receiving public arts funding, and performed general administrative tasks such as taking Department meeting notes.
