It takes work, discipline and guidance from someone who can help create a plan and stick to it. This is about effectively managing your own thoughts, feelings and behaviours so that you can start to make progress. I’m here to cut through some of the bullshit and get you to the truth. You may not like the answers or want to do the work required to get you results, but if you want real progress, you can get there. We struggle, get stuck and constantly argue with our inner voice. Part of you desperately wants something, another part refuses to do the work. Then you judge, feel like shit and make excuses (time, money, upbringing etc etc). This leads to stress, overwhelm, anxiety and uncertainty. Stuck in a repeating pattern that will prevent you from making any real progress. Think about YOUR life? Are you stuck in this pattern? A qualified cognitive behavioural hypnotherapist and high performance coach helping others online and in-person from Lincolnshire. After 26 years of operating at the highest level under extreme pressure whilst serving in the Royal Air Force, I understand the challenges of balancing a stressful home and work life.
