Led over 35 steam generator field repair/refurbishment projects at the Dallas Service Center.

Managed a team of 8 winders, on second shift, servicing anywhere from 1 to 5 steam generator fields, on a given shift.

Performed inspections, measurements, and electrical testing on the steam generators.  Identified/Prevented a number of escaping defects from leaving the shop.

Used Lean Six Sigma (LSS) tools to analyze, address, and implement improvements to the repair process.  As part of the improvement to the repair process, made extensive revisions to one of the work instructions.

Led the generator cell in the number of Safety Observations for 2 consecutive years.

Provided On the Job Training (OJT) to a combined 10+ Generator Specialists.

Generator Project Leader

UniversalPegasus International, Inc.

Provided project management services for the design phase of pipeline installation projects.

Served as Project Lead for:
- A multiple 36-inch/24-inch diameter, onshore natural gas pipeline system installation project to interconnect an offshore storage well to a proposed compressor station and to 4 gas transmission companies.

- Over 25 natural gas pipeline installation projects for a single client.  These pipeline systems varied in length from small laterals to miles of trunk line and in diameter from 6-inch to 24-inch.

- The west section of a 42-inch diameter, natural gas pipeline installation project.

Served as Engineering Manager for a 12-inch and two 24-inch diameter, natural gas pipeline installation projects.

ExxonMobil Pipeline Company

Provided project management services for a variety of liquid product, crude oil, and chemical pipeline and facility projects, from conception to completion.  Services included: estimating, scheduling, budgeting, contracting, designing, specifying, purchasing, programming, reviewing/revising documents, and actively participating during design reviews, cutover, installation, start-up, and testing.

Logged ~12,000 on-site contractor hours incident and injury free throughout tenure as a Pipeline Engineer.

Reduced costs for company and customers on various projects with combined actual savings of ~$150K and potential savings of ~$650K through continuous collaboration with customers, colleagues, and contractors.

Performed almost 4 times the number of required Job Safety Observations in a single year.

Served as Project Lead for multiple projects with $400K budget entailing control system upgrades at 7 sites; completed all projects with $300K spend.

Spearheaded internal inspection of an above ground storage tank which required taking the tank out of service, cleaning it, inspecting it, repairing it, and returning it to service within one month; completed entire project in two weeks.

Delivered $130K cost savings, uninterrupted terminal operations, and ~1,300 incident and injury free contractor hours as Project Lead to demolish four above ground storage tanks.

Led control system upgrade project for a loading rack at a distribution terminal; completed $200K below budget and two months ahead of schedule with minimal disruption to the terminal's operations and ~1,200 contractor hours incident and injury free.

Served as Project Lead on an automation project to convert 21 manually operated valves into motor operated valves to allow for automatic proving and delivery line-ups at the station.  Completed project ahead of schedule and ~$200K under budget.  Received commendation from customer as "Prudent and professional throughout project."

Multiple Degreed Electrical Engineer, certified and accomplished Project Manager with ~14 combined years of experience for the Oil & Gas (O&G) and Energy Industries.  Over 4 years of combined engineering research and electrical design experience.  Has demonstrated high regard for safety, quality, and continuous improvements, along with the ability to complete projects ahead of schedule and under budget.
