If converting your visibility into client consultations through short-form videos is… 1. Taking you hours just to post one video 2. Barely getting any views or comments 3. Not leading to booked calls or sales I got you! Here's what we can do... Most coaches post content just to stay visible. But visibility without strategy leads to confusion. And the confusion doesn’t convert. It just burns you out. Here’s the thing... - You don’t need to go viral. - You don’t need to post daily. - You don’t need fancy cameras or studios. You just need stories that stick. And content that speaks to one person. The right person. At the right time. Here’s what I help coaches and consultants do: • Simplify your video strategy • Build a personal brand that feels like you • Create short-form content that converts • Position your expertise with clarity and confidence • Turn casual viewers into high-ticket clients Every coach I work with says the same thing: “I know I need to post, but I don’t know what to say.” That’s where I come in. You don’t need a content calendar. You need a content compass. A system that aligns your message, brand, and goals. Here’s how it works: • We start with your brand clarity • Build your content around your strengths • Plan 30-60 days of stories in advance • Batch your videos in 1-2 days • I edit and publish everything for you You stay in your zone of genius. I handle the content that brings clients. This is NOT about being “everywhere.” This is about being seen by the right people. The ones ready to say YES to your offer. No guessing... No overthinking... No more ghosting... (after they view your content.) You have the expertise. Let’s turn that into a brand that sells. Message me “LinkedIn” and I’ll show you how. My client pays me $1200/mo for doing this… And no, it’s not complicated. - No fancy camera. - No 5-hour shoot days. - No hard-selling. Just video content that connects and converts. Let me break it down. Most coaches come to me saying: “I don’t know what to post.” “I hate sounding salesy.” “I post but get zero traction.” They don’t need a new offer. They need a new way to show up. So here’s what I actually do for them: • Create a 30-day video content plan • Extract stories from their everyday life • Build content around their audience's struggles • Simplify everything into 60-second videos • Edit and schedule their videos for the month • Track which ones lead to calls or replies That’s it. No fluff. No guesswork. Just real content that builds trust fast. Facts: People don’t want polished. - They want to relate. - They want to feel seen. - They want to see themselves in your story. My clients are coaches. Not influencers. Not creators. But when their content starts working? They start attracting the right clients. They start getting DMs asking to work with them. They start closing high-ticket without chasing. And it’s all because they finally said: “Let’s do video the right way.” Not to go viral. Not to look perfect. But to be real, helpful, and seen. If you’re a coach who wants that too... this is what $1200/month buys you. No confusion. No content overwhelm. No more silence in your inbox. Just strategy + story = clients. DM me "CONTENT" if you want to chat. Or drop a 🎥 and I’ll reach out.
If you're saying: “Leads are slow” “Sales are flat” “We need better clients” And you’re not posting on LinkedIn consistently… That’s not a lead problem. That’s a visibility problem. The clients are here. Are you? I used to hide behind client work. Always busy. Always “getting ready to post.” But I never did. And my pipeline reflected that. Quiet. Inconsistent. Stressful. Until one day I asked myself: “How can people trust me if they’ve never seen me?” So I showed up... not with tips, but with my story. The moments I was scared to share. The real turning points that made me who I am. No fake wins. No polished pitches. Just honest, structured storytelling. And it changed everything. Now clients come to me saying: “I feel like you’ve been through what I’m going through.” If you're stuck in a visibility trap, I created a free resource to help: 🎁 365 Content Ideas + My Storytelling Framework 📥 Grab it here — no opt-in → https://lnkd.in/guY3kbwi Because the right story… told the right way… and can unlock the clients already watching. ✌ Repost this post. ♻️ Follow Dee Calizo P.S. Coaches don’t need more content. They need direction. You’ve been posting videos… consistently. You’re doing all the things. And still — no DMs, no booked calls, no results. Let me explain why. You’re sharing value. Dropping gems. But your content has no clear destination. There’s no journey. No trust-building. No conversion layer. People are watching… then scrolling away. Not because it’s bad content. But because there’s no system. Here’s what you’re missing: A simple, organic funnel behind your videos. You need a path that looks like this: • Short-form video → YouTube link → Email nurture • Short-form → Webinar → YouTube → Email nurture • Long-form → Lead magnet → Email → Community • Short-form → YouTube → Lead magnet → Booking call Each piece builds on the last. Each step turns visibility into trust — and trust into action. But before this works… You need 3 things set up: • A clear offer (not just “coaching”) • A lead magnet that solves a micro-problem • A nurture sequence that doesn’t feel like spam Without those, your content will always feel like noise. Even when it’s valuable. Here’s the truth: You don’t need more content. You need aligned content. That fits into a funnel. That builds trust step by step. This is what I help my clients with every week. Want to see the exact framework I use? ✅ Follow me for more ✅ Check the pin comments
If I could edit your best idea into a video that books sales calls, Would you let me? I’ve been testing something behind the scenes: Giving away a FREE preview of my done-for-you video engine. Why? Because most of the people I serve... Coaches. Founders. Agency Owners. They already have the knowledge. The experience. The client results. But they’re still struggling with content that… ❌ Gets ignored ❌ Attracts the wrong people ❌ Or worse… doesn’t attract anyone at all Let’s be real. You don’t need another course. Or a new editing app. Or to spend 6 hours writing hooks. What you need is this: ⚙️ A system that transforms your knowledge into content that converts. That’s what I built. It’s called the Authority Video Engine™ And for the next 10 people, I’m giving away a full test run — 100% free. Here’s what you get: 🎯 A custom video strategy based on your offer 📝 A fully written script with viral-style angles 🎬 Professional editing & storytelling elements 📲 A guide to post, engage and turn views into booked calls You show up once. I built the rest. Why am I doing this for free? Because too many people who should be winning aren’t. They’ve built the skills. Earned the results. But without content that creates pull, they get stuck in: → Referrals that dry up → DMs that go unanswered → Engagement with no revenue This free offer is how I change that. Who this is not for: ⛔ Coaches still validating their niche ⛔ Founders looking for hacks, not systems ⛔ Agencies that aren’t ready to show up consistently But if you’re: ✅ Already getting results ✅ Clear on your offer ✅ Ready to show up with clarity and consistency Then I’ll show you how one video can shift everything.
Everyone’s chasing... - daily posting - repurposing hacks - content batching marathons. And don’t get me wrong... consistency matters. But here’s what I’m seeing: Coaches are burning out trying to post every day… Trying to stay “top of mind”… Trying to show up everywhere, all at once… And yet... No leads. No booked calls. No actual ROI from the effort. Because they’ve got it backward. It’s not about doing more. Or doing everything. Or copying what every content guru says works. It’s about showing up with strategy. Clarity. Presence. Purpose. You don’t need to flood the feed. You need content that’s placed right, not just posted fast. 👉 One good video > 10 random posts 👉 One aligned funnel > 30 scattered ideas 👉 One message that lands > a hundred that don’t convert Here’s what I help coaches with: Not just “getting visible.” Not just “posting daily.” But turning their LinkedIn content into a client journey. I build video content strategy Organic, human, story-driven video linkedin strategy. So that every video you post… Actually moves someone from “who’s this?” To “I feel seen.” To “Where do I book a call?” Because when you know how to guide your audience step-by-step… You don’t need to post daily to stay relevant. You don’t need to overthink or over-script. You just need a system that works for you. That’s what my framework is all about. It’s not another content calendar. It’s not a “hook swipe file.” It’s not a batch-your-content-in-5-minutes hack. It’s the system I give coaches who are tired of chasing reach and ready to start building relationships. Because posting content is one thing. But creating content that actually converts? That’s where the fun starts. Let’s fix your video content strategy. Let’s turn your content into clients. Follow for more tips 👌
I never do this but since you asked… Here are 10 things I wish I knew earlier about LinkedIn growth. (Mind you… from strategy to creation. It was proven 100%.) 1. Your profile is your landing page. - If your headline is vague, you lose people. - If your about section is confusing, they leave. - If your profile picture is unclear, they don’t trust you. - Be clear on what is your offer and solution. 2. Stop posting, start teaching. - Teach what you know. - Share frameworks, not just thoughts. - Show proof, not just opinions. - They follow those who teach. 3. Hooks matter more than you think. - If your first sentence is boring, nobody reads the rest. - Test different hooks. - Use numbers, curiosity, and controversy. - The goal is to get them to read line two. 4. Commenting is more powerful than posting. - Engage with creators in your niche. - Leave value-driven comments, not just “love this.” - Be early, be frequent, be intentional. - The right comments bring inbound leads faster than posts. 5. Consistency beats perfection. - Your first 50 posts will suck. - Your first 100 comments will feel ignored. - Your first 10 DMs might get no replies. - But the ones who stay consistent? They win. 6. Make your content stupidly simple. - 5th-grade level writing. - Short sentences, easy words. - No jargon, no fluff. - If a 12-year-old doesn’t get it, rewrite it. 7. Turn your life into content. - Struggles? Teach what you learned. - Wins? Share how you got them. - Behind-the-scenes? Show people how you work. - Your audience connects with you, not just what you do. 8. Video will make you stand out. - 99% of LinkedIn users never post videos. - More engagement, more trust, more leads. - You don’t need fancy edits. - Just start talking to the camera. 9. Your network is your net worth. - DM people. - Collaborate with others. - Build real relationships. - Grow your connections. 10. If you’re not consistent, don’t expect results. - 1 viral post won’t change your business. - 1 month of posting won’t build your brand. - 1 great comment won’t grow your network. - This game rewards the ones who show up every day. If you made it this far, you get it. You know LinkedIn is a long-term game. - Keep showing up. - Keep teaching. - Keep building. Your future audience will thank you. 🔥

30 Things I’ve Learned in 30 Years of Living (rooted in faith, grounded in Scripture) Not from books. Not from reels. Not even from success. But through surrender. Through slow seasons. Through silence... and scripture. Here’s what 30 years of walking with God taught me: 1️⃣ God doesn’t rush. His timing is perfect, not pressured. (Ecclesiastes 3:11) 2️⃣ Obedience is louder than hustle. Quiet yes > loud grind. (1 Samuel 15:22) 3️⃣ Peace is proof. If it steals peace, it’s not from Him. Colossians 3:15) 4️⃣ Purpose feels like pruning. Before He multiplies, He cuts. (John 15:2) 5️⃣ God never wastes pain. Scars speak louder than success. (Romans 8:28) 6️⃣ Forgiveness is freedom. Not for them. For me. (Ephesians 4:32) 7️⃣ Waiting seasons are working seasons. God moves even in silence. (Isaiah 40:31) 8️⃣ You can’t outgive God. Give, and it’ll return multiplied. (Luke 6:38) 9️⃣ God’s “no” is protection. Closed doors are divine shields. (Proverbs 3:5-6) 🔟 Faith is not a feeling. It’s obedience without sight. (Hebrews 11:1) 1️⃣1️⃣ My worth isn’t my work. Loved even at rest. (Psalm 139:13-14) 1️⃣2️⃣ People-pleasing is a trap. One voice matters: His. (Galatians 1:10) 1️⃣3️⃣ Discipline is love. He corrects because He cares. (Hebrews 12:6) 1️⃣4️⃣ Jesus isn’t an add-on. He’s the center. (Colossians 1:17) 1️⃣5️⃣ Identity isn’t in wins. Or losses. It’s in Christ. (2 Corinthians 5:17) 1️⃣6️⃣ Pride wears independence. But strength is surrender. (Proverbs 3:5-6) 1️⃣7️⃣ Sunday is trust. I rest because He reigns. (Exodus 20:8) 1️⃣8️⃣ Success without soul is failure. What’s gain without God? (Mark 8:36) 1️⃣9️⃣ Not all “good” things are God things. Discernment matters. (Philippians 1:9-10) 2️⃣0️⃣ God answers with people. Community is divine strategy. (Ecclesiastes 4:9-10) 2️⃣1️⃣ Prayer isn’t performance. It’s presence. (Matthew 6:6) 2️⃣2️⃣ I don’t need the plan. I need the Guide. (Psalm 119:105) 2️⃣3️⃣ Healing takes time. Sometimes layered. Sometimes slow. (Jeremiah 30:17) 2️⃣4️⃣ Weakness is a weapon. His power shows up there. (2 Corinthians 12:9) 2️⃣5️⃣ The enemy attacks identity first. Forget who you are... and you’ll settle for less. (Matthew 4:3) 2️⃣6️⃣ God sees the unseen. Hidden isn’t forgotten. (Matthew 6:4) 2️⃣7️⃣ His love doesn’t shift. Constant. Unshaken. Always. (Romans 8:38-39) 2️⃣8️⃣ Spiritual battles need spiritual weapons. Not hustle. (Ephesians 6:12) 2️⃣9️⃣ God is shaping who I become. Not just what I build. (Romans 5:3-4) 3️⃣0️⃣ Jesus is always worth it. Always. (Philippians 3:8) If this post reminds you of a lesson God’s been teaching you lately... Your reflection might be what someone else needs today. Happy birthday to me. ❤️ #thirty
The real problem isn’t always your situation. It’s your vision of the future. We walk with God, but we still stay where we are. Still stuck in comfort. Still staring at what hasn’t changed. Still measuring God by our pain. And when your head stays bowed, all you see is the cursed land. Your failures. Your losses. Your limits. Mark 10:46–52. Bartimaeus was blind. Begging. Stuck. But when Jesus passed by— He didn’t stay silent. “Jesus, Son of David, have mercy on me!” The crowd tried to shut him down. But the more they silenced him, the louder he got. He threw off his cloak. He stood up still blind. He walked forward before anything changed. That’s faith. “What do you want me to do for you?” “Lord, I want to see.” He asked boldly. With no doubt. With no fear. And he received. That’s our challenge today. Not busyness. Not delay. But vision. “Fix your eyes not on what is seen… but on what is unseen.” — 2 Corinthians 4:18 We’ve been trapped by what’s visible. Defined by what’s temporary. Silent because of shame. Still holding on to our “cloak.” But God hasn’t changed. Maybe it’s time we do. So I ask you: 🔹 What are you still clinging to? 🔹 What would change if you spoke up again? 🔹 What do you want Jesus to do for you? This is your moment. Lift your head. Lift your voice. Lift your faith. Heaven is still listening.

“You’ll never outperform your self-image. Upgrade your identity first.” — Matt Gray I’ve read that line a dozen times this week. Because if I’m honest, I’ve lived both sides of it. When I first started freelancing... I thought I had a content problem. - A niching problem. - A marketing problem. But the more I tried to optimize everything around me… the more I started realizing the real bottleneck wasn’t strategy. It was self-perception. I saw myself as someone who was good at what I did... but not yet “ready.” So I underpriced. I overshared. I treated leads like lottery tickets instead of collaborators. And even when clients were happy, I still felt replaceable. Because deep down, I didn’t believe I belonged in the rooms I was working so hard to get into. That’s what Matt’s quote hit for me. 😖 Because your identity isn’t just how you see yourself. It’s the energy that shows up in every email, every proposal, every conversation. It’s the silent filter through which your clients decide whether to trust you—or second-guess you. Here’s what I’ve learned since then: The most powerful changes in my business didn’t start with my offer. They started with how I saw myself. - Not as a freelancer getting gigs… but as a strategic partner offering clarity. - Not as a voice in a crowded feed… but as someone who earns attention by being calm, consistent, and clear. - Not as someone who “hopes to be chosen”… but as someone whose presence already leads. When that identity shifted, so did the quality of clients. The depth of conversations. The way people responded to my boundaries, my pace, and my proposals. And none of that happened because I “hacked the algorithm.” It happened because I stopped trying to earn belonging and started building from it. So if you’re in a season where things feel off… - If the content is consistent but the results aren’t… - If you’re tired of chasing opportunities that drain more than they deliver… Pause. Before you tweak your pricing or your positioning... audit the story underneath it all. What identity are you carrying into the room? - The “one who hopes to impress”? - The “one who quietly delivers but never claims the credit”? - The “one who’s waiting to feel ready”? None of those identities will get you where you want to go. Because the version of you who creates $5k months, leads big client work, and gets booked months out? They’re already inside you. But they’re waiting for permission to take the lead. So if this post feels like a mirror... you’re not alone. And you’re not late. Just in the moment before the mirror becomes the map. Shout out to Matt Gray for putting the truth in one sentence. It’s not about tactics. It’s about identity. That’s the edge that lasts. - Dee 😊
“No easy life.” I’ve been dealing with that reality a lot lately. There’s no shortcut. No cheat code. No perfect routine that... magically removes the pressure. Some day, you show up tired. Some days you show up empty. But the key word is you show up. Because progress doesn’t wait for perfection. And purpose isn’t reserved for the pain-free. So no, there’s no easy life. But there is a meaningful one. And every hard day I push through… I get closer to building it. “I have told you these things, so that in Me you may have peace. In this world, you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.” – John 16:33 If you’re in a season that feels heavy... Keep showing up. You’re not alone in the pressure. You're not without promise. - Tuesday #faithforward #realtalk #growthseason #creativesdee
Two months ago... I was posting every single week. I was getting likes, comments, even new followers. But no calls. No sales. Nothing that mattered. I had to ask myself something hard: Was I chasing noise instead of tracking progress? I had 3.6k followers. And I still couldn’t land a single sales call. Here’s what changed everything for me → I stopped tracking loud metrics. I started focusing on what I now call: → Quiet metrics. They don’t go viral. They don’t look impressive. But they convert like crazy. Today, I’m sitting with these numbers: → 283 new followers → 1868 impressions → 467 profile views → 674 total engagements That’s not all. This week alone, I booked six sales calls. → Three of those have already been converted. That’s a 50% close rate. And the wild part is this: → No viral boost → No fancy edits → No ad spend → No outside help Just simple stories that spoke directly to buyers. I started asking the right questions: Are people checking my profile? Are they replying to my DMs? Are calls being booked without me selling hard? If the answer’s yes, Then the content is doing its job. I even built a full one-year content plan. It works. But it’s not for everyone. If you want to see it, I’ll send it. No opt-in. No fluff. Because you don’t need to go viral. You need to be visible → To the right people.
Time for a reintroduction. Sup LinkedIn. 🤙 If we’ve been connected for a while — hey again. If you’re new here — welcome in. I’m Dee Calizo, your LinkedIn video strategist. I help coaches build personal brands that actually sound like them — and convert like crazy. - Not through hustle. - Not through trendy tips. - Not through recycled content calendars. Through clarity, story, and video that makes people feel something. Because let’s be honest… Most coaches aren’t struggling because they lack value. They’re struggling because they’re hiding behind posts that don’t show who they really are. Here’s the truth: - Your face is the funnel. - Your story is the brand. -And your video is the trust-builder. But most people skip straight to posting… and wonder why no one’s buying. So here’s what I do: ▶ I help coaches get clear on what they want to be known for ▶ Turn their voice into video scripts that position, not just post ▶ And create consistent content that builds inbound trust on LinkedIn Because when people feel you... They TRUST you. And when they trust you... they BUY. I believe the best brands don’t just show up. - They resonate. - They stick. - They feel like a person, not a strategy. If you're a coach or consultant ready to stop blending in and start magnetizing the right people... I'm in your corner. ✊ Less noise. More signal. Less content. More connection. Glad you’re here. 🤝 Let’s make your presence profitable. — Dee
If the Wrong People Are Showing Up… Maybe It’s Not Them. Maybe it’s your CONTENT. 🤔 You’re posting. You’re visible. You’re consistent. But the people in your inbox? Not your dream clients. They want free advice. They “love your content,” but ghost you when you mention price. Sound familiar? Facts: Your content is always attracting someone. If it’s the wrong people, it’s not the algorithm... it’s your MESSAGING. Step 01. You’re being too general If your posts speak to everyone, they land with no one. You attract people who are curious... but not committed. Want better leads? Make your content feel custom-fit. Name your audience. Name their desired outcome. Clarity filters. Vague invites noise. Step 02. You’re only giving value (no positioning) Tips attract attention. But without positioning? Y ou become the free advice friend. Every post should answer: Who is this for? What problem does it solve? Why am I the person to trust? Be valuable, yes. But also be clear on what you help solve. Step 03. You’re playing too nice Safe content = silent feed. If you’re always neutral, agreeable, or vague... You’ll blend in. Bold opinions filter your audience. Say the thing your ideal client needs to hear... even if it’s uncomfortable. 4. You’re hiding your story Your story isn’t fluff. It’s filtration. It shows who you’ve helped, what you’ve overcome, and what you believe in. People don’t just buy your tips. They buy you. So let them in. 5. You’re selling the method, not the outcome Your client doesn’t want a framework. They want what the framework gets them. Instead of: "I teach XYZ system." Try: "You’ll have 20 videos that bring leads while you sleep." Sell the destination. Then deliver the roadmap. My point is... If the wrong people are showing up... it’s NOT random. it’s a messaging issue. ✅ Get specific. ✅ Be bold. ✅ Tell your story. ✅ Lead with results. You don’t need more leads. You need better alignment. Speak to the right person, and the right people will show up. Okey? 🤙 #thursday
If your first message is a pitch… it’s probably being ignored. Let’s be honest: How many times have you connected with someone, only to get a message two minutes later saying: “Hey, I help [insert audience] get [insert result]. Want to chat?” No context. No curiosity. Just a straight pitch. It’s the reason so many coaches and consultants struggle with LinkedIn. Here’s what I’d ask instead: What if the real reason people aren’t replying… is it because they never trusted the message to begin with? Before you ever send that first DM... there are 5 things you need to get right. Not just to get replies... but to build real interest. Let’s walk through them. 1. Research Would you take advice from someone who clearly doesn’t understand your world? Neither would your prospect. Take 2–3 minutes. Look at their content, their role, and their recent projects. What are they focused on right now? What language do they use to describe their work? That’s how your message becomes relevant... without trying to “sell.” 2. Engagement Before you message someone… have they seen your name before? People respond more when they feel like they already know you. Leave a thoughtful comment. React to something meaningful. Be present without being pushy. Your name should feel familiar before it ever shows up in their inbox. 3. Messaging The goal of a message isn’t to get a call. It’s to open a conversation. Instead of pitching what you do, try this: Mention something specific they said or posted. Ask a question tied to their focus. Be curious, not assumptive. The right message doesn’t feel like outreach. It feels like someone finally paying attention. 4. Structure Most messages feel random. But the best conversations follow a flow: Start here: Start friendly → relate to something real → ask a smart question → explore where they’re going → understand what’s in the way → qualify if you can help → gently invite the next step. No pressure. No forcing. Just a conversation with structure. 5. Workflows If you’re reaching out randomly… posting content without direction… and guess who’s warm… That’s not a strategy. That’s hope. What you need is a simple system... A Discovery Engine... that connects your video content with your outbound messaging. When done right, your videos do the warm-up. Your DMs feel natural. And your calls come from people who already feel like they know you. If you're still reading, here’s what I’d ask: - Do you have a structure for your outreach right now? - Is your content warming people up before you ever DM them? If not, I can help... Drop the word 'PROSPECT' or 'STRUCTURE' below and I’ll send you the exact system I use with my clients to book 6–10 calls/month... without pitching cold or spamming strangers. No pressure. Just clarity. See yah! 🤝
There’s a reason people love your content… but still don’t buy from you. Here’s the truth: You’re showing up. But you’re not guiding people. You’re creating — but there’s no system behind it. And content without strategy? That’s not marketing. That’s just posting. Most coaches don’t realize this: Every video you post belongs to one of four stages of a buyer journey. I call this the Organic Video Funnel: 🎯 Top of Funnel – Attract → Purpose: Spark attention → Format: Hook-heavy, emotional, polarizing → Example: “Why most coaches are burning out from content.” 🎯 Middle of Funnel – Build Trust → Purpose: Create connection → Format: Belief shifts, stories, mindset reframes → Example: “What changed when I stopped trying to go viral.” 🎯 Bottom of Funnel – Introduce Transformation → Purpose: Build belief in your offer → Format: Client wins, before/after, objections → Example: “How Sarah booked 3 clients from 4 short videos.” 🎯 Post-Funnel – Nurture → Purpose: Deepen loyalty → Format: Behind the scenes, personal reflections, community wins → Example: “3 lessons I learned coaching 20+ clients last quarter.” Here’s what happens when you skip a stage: → You build reach… but not relationships. → You post daily… but don’t get DMs. → You show up everywhere… but still hear crickets. Your funnel isn’t broken. It’s just not aligned. That’s why I built ALIGN — a content strategy based on these 4 stages. It’s the same system I use to help coaches: ✅ Turn content into conversations ✅ Build trust without pitching ✅ Book qualified calls — without ads or cold DMs If you’re tired of guessing what to post next... 📩 Drop "ALIGN" below and I’ll DM you the guide. 🔁 Save this if you want to revisit the funnel stages later. ✅ Follow me for weekly frameworks like this. Let’s fix the funnel. Let’s turn your content into clients.
Some videos go viral But not all deserve it I always ask myself first Did it hook me in two seconds? Not five Not seven Two seconds → If it didn’t, I start cutting → If it did, I make it punchier Every second counts It’s the difference between scroll or stay Then I check the message → Is it clear? → Is it one main takeaway? Trying to teach everything? You’ll lose everyone Confused viewers don’t convert They disappear After that, I look for story or surprise → People remember how something made them feel → Not just what it said A sharp story sticks longer than clean visuals But the visuals still matter Bad visuals ruin good ideas Sloppy text kills retention So I ask: → Are captions helping or hurting? → Do they pop, or just distract? Then I pay attention to the fear → Fear to sell → Fear to be clear → Fear to close If the ending is soft They won’t remember it They’ll clap as fans But they won’t buy as clients And here’s the bonus… → Is this a format I can repeat? → Or just another lucky shot? If a video pops Don’t just celebrate Break it down Build the next one better #shortformcontent #videostrategy #contentmarketing
Why do I never send a connection request on LinkedIn without doing this first? Actually... Most people treat LinkedIn like a numbers game. (Yes, true but here's my concern...) Click → connect → pitch. And they wonder why it doesn’t work. They burn out chasing replies instead of building relationships. What most people don’t know is: I always engage twice before sending a connection request. Not because I’m playing games. But because I’m playing long. Here’s what I do — and why it works: 🔹 Step 1: Engage with their content. Not just a “Nice post!” I go deeper. I read. I leave a comment that adds something real... insight, agreement, a story. That shows I’m not just here to take. I’m here to listen and add value. 🔹 Step 2: Engage with their profile. I check their About section. Their recent comments. Their tagline. I try to understand how they show up... so I can meet them there. I might like a recent comment or reply to a post they engaged with. Subtle moves, but intentional ones. That’s it. Then.. and only then... I hit “Connect.” And when I do, I never start with a pitch. Because connection should feel like a handshake. Not a sales trap. (this is where everyone go wrong on Linkedin) The result is kinda...🥳 I get responses like: 🗣 “Hey, I’ve been seeing your comments. Let’s connect.” 🗣 “Thanks for engaging with my post — I appreciate that.” Translation... I’m not a stranger. I’m already in the room. That’s the power of earned attention. No automation. No scripts. Just strategy. And here’s what most people won’t say: 👉 It’s not fast. 👉 It’s not scalable. 👉 But it works. Because people can feel the difference. And people buy from people who feel familiar. So if you’re still sending cold messages that go nowhere... Try warming the room before you step in. You don’t need to DM 100 people a day. You need 5 who see your face, feel your intent... and trust you enough to reply. That’s the shift. That’s how I book 6–10 calls a month... with no pitching, no chasing, no burnout. 👇 Full strategy here:
Posting every day on LinkedIn... → Still no leads → No calls → No DMs? Let’s talk about it. Here’s what I see: → Coaches dropping tips → Sharing value → Posting videos But still invisible. → No traction → No connection Why? → Visibility is not the problem → Positioning is If your content speaks to everyone, → It reaches no one People are showing up... → But nobody’s paying attention Here’s what I’ve learned helping coaches go from: → Invisible → Irresistible They didn’t need more content. → They needed more clarity Here’s what’s killing your growth: → No context for your outcome → Generic profile that fits everyone → No real stories → Scripted videos with no soul → Zero engagement with others If your content’s not converting... → Don’t post more → Fix your positioning first Then dial in your message. → Let the videos do the talking When your brand is clear, → Your content pulls in the right people Just like that. → Leads show up → Without forcing it #linkedinstrategy #coachmarketing #positioningfirst #noclientsnoconversion #videocontenttips #clarityovercontent #coachvisibility #contentconversion #organicmarketing #pullnotpush
