My passion is placing veterans and transitioning service members into rewarding careers. I work with businesses to help them hire for will and train for skill by using the department of defense Skillbridge program. I'm part of a dedicated team that sources top military talent at a rapid pace enabling businesses to maintain a hiring advantage over the competition. During my Air Force career, I was an accomplished operational manager with advanced-level experience in the intelligence career field. I provided leadership for multiple military operations. I supervised and guided teams to reach high-performance standards for over 20 years. I work quickly and maintain focus while attending to various projects. I currently offer expertise in training and project management with over 20 years of dedicated service to the United States Air Force. In 2017 I was selected by my unit commander to integrate resiliency training material into Air Force Specialty Courses for the intelligence community. I had the honor of collaborating with multiple operational psychologist to develop training material that was ultimately nominated as an Air Force level best practice by my unit.
