Each client’s policy is personally reviewed and updated through our annual Customer Policy Reviews. Allstate Insurance has a thriving, 70 year history of providing products and services to our clients.  Allstate services most facets of personal insurance coverage including auto, life, home, landlord, renters, motorcycle, boat, and financials.  The commercial lines include auto and business liability.  Additionally, supplemental insurance products are offered through the Allstate Workplace Division.

Direct client acquisition, product and service growth, and manage relationships with major retail chains, including a $4M Home Depot account, and the OEM fabricators who supply store equipment and fixtures. Refine regional focus to capitalize on high-yielding areas that promise long-term growth and loyalty. Develop sales plans, forecasting, and budgets and oversee sales pipeline and metrics. Ensure customer service standards by reviewing sales call data at salesforce.com and interfacing with management, operations, and customer service teams. Implement innovative client strategies to increase market share and revenues. Drive account development by collaborating with 5 organizational departments of retailers and OEM fabricating vendors. Direct “blue and gold sheet” sessions to identify problem personnel or potential sales problems. Supervise 4-person team of regional account managers and provide onsite support for each manager 1-2 times per quarter.

The sales targets for the two product lines, high pressure laminate and thermofused melamine (HPL and TFM) were OEM direct accounts and distributors.
