I derive great joy from helping people. Whether as an executive and life coach, group facilitator, leadership consultant or psychotherapist, my career has been dedicated to helping clients gain clarity and take action to fulfill their potentials for both their career and life overall. I currently run a depth coaching practice, in which I help people develop the skills to more effectively process and manage emotions. I work with grief, as I have found unresolved grief to be the primary block for most people who want to achieve emotional freedom and peace. (And by grief, I don't just mean a major loss...grief is tricky and shows up in a myriad of ways, big and small, all of them blocking our deepest access to our Inner Wisdom.) I have spent two decades helping people with their emotional landscape, always having a life coaching or therapy practice alongside my corporate engagements. I was in private practice as a psychotherapist for a decade, on staff as a life coach at Canyon Ranch Wellness Resort in Tucson, AZ, and now help my clients understand their inner emotional landscape through my work as a depth coach. As part of my private coaching practice, I developed the “Who’s Driving Your Bus” model of coaching which focuses on identifying the parts of self that hold people back and growing the parts of self that are able to create desired professional and personal outcomes. As coaching is not only about professional development, I also worked to support people through transitions – career changes, yes, but also mid-life recalibrations, divorces, retirements, and deaths of loved ones. In addition to my Bachelor degree in Psychology and my Master degree in Counseling, I am also an accredited and certified coach through the International Coach Federation at the PCC level. On the corporate side, I most recently served as the Midwest Master Coach and Facilitator for the Talent Development arm of Lee Hecht Harrison. In this role, I mentored a team of approximately 89 Executive Coaches and Facilitators for the Midwest Region. For two decades, I have worked as a consultant, facilitator and coach in the corporate realm to foster performance and leadership development. I was associated with Korn Ferry starting in 1998 (although back then it was known as GlobalNovations!), strategizing needs, creating and leading workshops for clients in multiple industries and participants at all organizational levels.
