- Running Product Management, Design, Brand Design, Content and Localisation teams (15 people) in two countries. 
- Designed and launched a KPI driven organisational structure across Product and Engineering teams to maximize focus on impact for customers and Azimo.
- Oversaw shift from web to iOS and Android apps increasing frequency of use, NPS and referral propensity.
- Ran Outbound marketing/CRM for 6 months and shifted the focus away from desktop email to behavioural driven in-apps and push notifications. Delivered thousands of additional transfers per month from currency alerts.
- Designed, built and grew the #1 paid customer acquisition channel - referrals.
- Led the largest rebrand in Azimo’s five-year history - from positioning, values, identity and personality. Ran two high targeted OOH campaigns across London Tube and bus network.
- Conceptualised and built a groundbreaking new way to send and request money to a phone number without the need for bank details, removing the biggest obstacle to sending money around the world.
- Created the first remittance network where customers can automatically find each other and no longer need bank details to send money instantly.

Doubled the #1 business metric in less than six months, significantly boosting the efficiency of the business, GMV and customer satisfaction. Designed and developed an automated, behaviour changing feature for drivers that materially increased reliability for customers. Led Hailo's allocation algorithm concepts which gave double percentage point increases to  order fulfillment.

Launched new vehicle types (luxury cars, high quality taxis) in London, Ireland, North America and Singapore. Designed, validated and shipped new features to increase availability and proximity drivers across all Hailo cities.

Owned key elements of the customer experience, both iOS and Android Driver apps, platform services, such as, but not limited to, allocation, driver selection and prebooking. Responsible for company wide metrics - reliability, orders per customer, driver engagement.
 
Regularly presented to the executive management team and the company.  Identified and pitched new business and expansion opportunities. Showcased team success across the company through all-hands.

Featured in the Apple Design guidelines for Watch apps (colour and typography).

Hailo has raised over $100M from the best investors anywhere, including Union Square Ventures, Accel Partners, Wellington Partners, Atomico Ventures and Sir Richard Branson.

In July 2016, Hailo was purchased by the Daimler group and merged into FREE NOW

Microsoft

Led the biggest redesign and development of Skype for iOS bringing the best of Apple’s iOS 7 design language with Microsoft’s Modern UI and animation. Held overall accountability for design execution and implementation of Modern onto iPhone and iPad by developing a clear product vision and strategy. 
Partnered with Product Marketing on the launch campaign and played a key role in the marketing communication video. Ran cross-platform UI and Interaction design projects for iOS, Android and Windows Phone. Transformed Skype for iOS into one of the most accessible communication products in the App Store, and a core flagship for Microsoft. Exceeded CVAA legislation brought in the USA at the time. 

Subsequently featured by Apple in the Best of the App Store for 2014. Skype for iOS is one of the top 10 most popular apps in the App Store of all time.

- Led native Maps apps and services across mobile – from conception to shipment, leading product strategy, design and development. Owned and executed Maps apps and SDKs for WP7, WP8, Android, MeeGo and Nokia’s platform ‘for the next billion’. 
- Partnered with Head of Experiences to transform Nokia Maps from a navigation device competitor into a modern day places, routing, navigation and discovery app, making you a local anywhere in the world.
- Worked closely with Microsoft to bring future software innovations directly into Windows Phone OS. 
- Lead Product Owner for Nokia's Augmented Reality product, LiveSight, across apps and platforms. The AR technology was embedded into Nokia’s core platform which was the turned into a top USP for 3rd parties to buy Nokia Maps SDKs and data.
- Augmented Reality feature - LiveSight - brought Places and Routes to the Nokia camera and was a flagship feature of the Nokia 920 phone launch. 
- Deeply partnered with select emerging market teams (China and India) to localize product offerings for local regulations and customers.
- Presented product progress and innovation to Nokia EVPs, Board of Directors and CEO regularly. 
- Voted Employee of the year in the Location and Commerce business unit.

Led the creation of a new mobile HTML5 and CSS3 Maps application and location framework.
