I've managed compliance, benefits, and executive administration for SME's (including startups and global companies). I have experience with high-volume RPO and have helped develop career/training hubs still being used today. I am a visual communicator with experience delivering a variety of graphic design projects across multiple industries (MFG, ENG, Tech, IT, etc.), departments (HR, Supply Chain, Sales, etc.), and media (social, print, website, etc.). True story: When I started my career in HR & recruiting (2004), my boss at the time said I should put up a picture at my cubicle of a Porsche or exotic car, so that I can stay motivated as I'm making calls. I said, "Nah, I don't need to. I just recently got married. My wife is all the motivation I need!" PS: Motivation comes easy - Today, I not only have a beautiful wife but also two miracle boys!
