In the current world crisis you need to change the way you think about your business, renew your approach to services and implement a strategy to come through this period stronger than you went in. Building and running a business is similar to building and running a sailing ship. Using this analogy, I have developed the “Observations” framework to help analyse the aspects of your business that need a deep dive investigation. As a Coach and Mentor, I have an underlying belief that all Business Leaders and Managers are people who express faith in themselves, their product / service, their staff, their client. Having a firm understanding of what this faith is will see you through the good and not so good times. “The foundation of faith underpins everything that makes life worth living. Vision provides the goal and direction for their business. An old proverb says: “Where there is not understanding of the vision, the people do whatever they want to.” (paraphrase) Business without vision and faith is destined to struggle.
