The objective of this work was to lead the development and production of a cross agency business case to secure funding for environmental improvements in the NSW Marine Environment. The brief is for DPE cost benefit analysis and business case and is combined with other agencies requirements for an all-encompassing business case to be submitted to Treasury. The work involves planning and producing content and analysis to determine qualitative as well as economic and financial benefits. I have oversight of a production team of 3. The work includes senior engagement with Treasury officials and senior executives in DPE and other agencies. The total business case value is circa $200M.
