Completed a 7 month assignment as an HRBP in Malaysia and Singapore. Provided leadership, guidance, support, and coaching to the Malaysia Site Director, Asia HR teams and leadership.

IM Flash Technologies

Recruited highly skilled Leaders, R&D, Engineers, Technicians, IT, Software Developers, Designers, Analysts, Supply Chain, and Program/Project Managers for a semiconductor company founded by Intel Corporation and Micron Technology producing NAND flash memory. Carried an average workload of 45-60 requisitions. Completed a 3 month assignment in Singapore leading major hiring initiatives for a greenfield site. Co-Led 300mm Fab Hiring Ramp for IMFlash (JV with Intel/Micron) and is known as the fastest ramp to produce “first quality wafer out” in semiconductor history. Initial ramp was 1200 hires in 9 months.
