As the Director of Clinical Education and Services in the Communication Disorders department at Mercy University, I oversee the academic and clinical training of graduate students in speech-language pathology. I also lead the development and implementation of telepractice programs and services, leveraging my MS in Healthcare Informatics and my extensive experience in telehealth project management and instruction. For over six years, I have been a telepractice trainer and developer, providing workshops, curriculum, and guidelines to university, regional, and state-wide audiences.
