There has been a fundamental shift in the way people buy. Consequently, having a cohesive inbound marketing strategy supported by sales enablement tools is no longer a nice-to-have. It can be the difference between missing and exceeding your sales targets. Prior to LeadG2, Dean served as Director of Sales Operations for TelAffects, a provider of outsourced inside sales support. In this role Dean helped support the #salespipeline development and #revenue growth objectives of some of the premier brands in the Technology and Financial Services verticals. Dean wore several hats as a key member of the management team for this start-up organization. His duties included Sales, Client Services, Call Center Operations, Training and Quality Management. Dean was born and raised in the state of Washington and is a graduate of Washington State University. He is the co-founder of 6 kids and 4 grand kids and currently resides in Florence, AL. Dean’s passion for making a positive impact is not limited to his career and family. In 2008 he co-founded Hungry Sunday Ministries.
