Started my career as a physiotherapist, but I have always had a streak for innovation, growth and entrepreneurship. Just out of University, I started one of the first open access journals in Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation which further enhanced my interest in research. So I completed my PhD, but also initiated my journey into case management. At the same time, I set up one of the first online portals for physiotherapists which brought so many collaborative, educational, research and speaking opportunities from across the world. After completing my PhD, I decided to venture into the industry. I worked as a rehabilitation manager for a large multi-national corporation developing rehabilitation services, managing a team of associate case managers and developing a national network of providers. In 2018, left the corporate world to set up RTW Plus which has grown immensely over the last 5 years. We provide rehabilitation services (case management and pain management) as well as medical reporting services to insurance companies, solicitors as well as the public sector throughout UK. We have an excellent team of complex and catastrophic case managers who specialise in personal injury and clinical negligence cases. We also have a network of specialist neurophysiotherapists, neuropsychs and neuroOT's to deliver MDT care for clients with catastrophic injuries throughout UK. My clinical interests and expertise is in chronic pain, amputations, multi-trauma rehabilitation and more recently vaccine related side-effects. In 2023, we acquired GT Vision, one of the largest suppliers of microscopes in UK. In 2024, we acquired Innovate Rehabilitation and Open Arms Support Services to strengthen our rehabilitation services division. I was also a Trustee for MK Community Foundation and NED for MK University Hospital. I was also a Parish Councillor for Broughton between 2020 and 2022.
