A short and intense rollercoaster ride in startupland. I joined during On Deck's hypergrowth period (100 to 300 employees in ~6 months), and was there through the tech market volatility in 2022.

- Started with 1 report, eventually led a team of 6

I saw the HubSpot Singapore office go from ~40 to ~200 during my time. The marketing team started off with just me and a part-time contractor. I eventually led a team of 4.

I started this role with the internal title of "Manager, Marketing" in 2018 and got promoted to "Senior Manager, Marketing" in 2021.
