As a Portfolio Manager:
- Oversaw the company's entire project portfolio.
- Ensured the successful delivery of all portfolio components, involving 150+ FTEs.
- Maintained the net profit margin within the agreed target.
As a Program Manager:
- Managed two programs for the company’s key customers.
- Implemented strategies that led to a two to sevenfold increase in turnover with existing customers.
As a Project Manager:
- Managed Agile projects with various types of customers, including startups, mid-size companies, global enterprises, and government organizations.
- Handled delivery with different contract types, including fixed-price, managed service, delivery team, and dedicated team arrangements.
As an Agile Coach:
- Guided teams in adopting the Agile culture and principles, while supporting several customers through their Agile transformations.

As the Head of the Business Unit, I was responsible for overseeing the project delivery excellence for the Business Unit Ukraine (BU UA). I served as the focal point for daily operational activities and organizational growth, maintained the agreed net profit for the BU.
