- Oversaw the company's entire project portfolio.
- Ensured the successful delivery of all portfolio components, involving 150+ people.
- Designed PMO processes and templates to support Delivery.
- Maintained the operational profit margin within the agreed target.
As a Program Manager:
- Managed two programs for the company’s key customers (team 50+ people).
- Implemented strategies that exceded to expected YoY accounts growth.
As a Project Manager:
- Managed predictive and adative projects with various types of customers, including startups, mid-size companies, global enterprises, and government organizations.
- Handled delivery with different contract types, including fixed-price, managed service, delivery team, and dedicated team arrangements.
As an Agile Coach:
- Guided teams in adopting the Agile culture and principles, while supporting several customers through their Agile transformations.
- Acted as Scrum Master for different customer and setups, including in SAFe.

I managed client-oriented software development projects, leading all stages of development process from pre-sale to completion. I ensured timely project delivery for customers such as Societe Generale, Informa, Burda, Puma, Avalgon, Solar-Log.

As the Head of the Business Unit, I was responsible for overseeing the project delivery excellence for the Business Unit Ukraine (BU UA). I served as the focal point for daily operational activities and organizational growth, maintained the agreed net profit for the BU.

As a Scrum Master, I oversaw the software development activities for the AdSaver product, a dynamic call-tracking software. Facilitated Scrum ceremonies, improving the team's productiviry to deliver reliable software with a 99.8% uptime.
