As a passionate and results-oriented Health and Safety professional, I have a proven track record of driving organizations operating in high-risk industries towards significant improvements in their safety performance. In my role as Global H&S Director at Metinvest Holding, a steel producer with 85,000 employees, I led a change program that resulted in the company winning the IIRSM Risk Excellence Award in 2020. I am also a co-founder of ESOSH (European Society of Occupational Safety and Health), a Ukrainian non-profit organization for OSH professionals. Together with Olga Bohdanova, we established ESOSH in 2019, and since then it has grown to an international H&S organization with 2300+ members. In addition to my full-time job, I'm also an author and content creator in the Health and Safety space. I'm currently developing a new training products to help other professionals improve their safety performance.
