I love building compliance programs that extend beyond IPO due diligence to provide business value and visibility into where the biggest risks are and how to address them. I have managed every part of a compliance program, from internal audits to external certifications and customer audits, to customer trust, to third party risk management, to privacy and legal compliance, to contract review and negotiation. Working with people, building relationships, and solving problems together is what I enjoy most. I have done this in various IT and leadership roles over my two decade career with startups, Fortune 500, and government agencies. Delivered two successful exits with both startups where I had led the GRC function (ForgeRock - IPO, Noname Security - Acquisition by Akamai).
