As a Product Developer at Black Label Creations, I apply my skills and passion for pastry and chocolate to create innovative and delicious products for the food industry. I have a culinary arts diploma and over 9 years of experience as a pastry chef/chocolatier, competing in national competitions and winning multiple awards for my own brand of chocolates.

In my spare time, I am also a judge for The Academy of Chocolate and promoter for high quality sustainable chocolate within the food industry.
