With over two decades of senior technology sales leadership and mentoring under my belt, co-founded Strut Partners, my sixth startup, a CRO consulting firm dedicated to empowering VC/PE backed startups to skyrocket their revenue from approximately $10M to an impressive $25M to $100M+ range. Specializing in SaaS verticals including EdTech, HealthTech, FinTech, RETech, and Industrials including specific expertise in HPC, eCommerce, and AI/ML, we craft and execute robust revenue growth strategies spanning Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Channel Alliances, and Revenue Operations. At the core of my approach lies a commitment to fostering integration and alignment across all facets of revenue generation, from corporate development and product integration to revenue management and forecasting. Some of my individual achievements: As the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) of DroneSense, spearheading the refinement of existing Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies across Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing. The strategic overhaul resulted in an impressive 36% revenue growth in 2023, surpassing revenue projections. During my tenure as Head of Sales at CounterFind, a SaaS company, revolutionizing the sales landscape by redefining sales processes, metrics, and providing comprehensive coaching and mentorship to the sales organization; achieving an outstanding 118% of Quota in 2021. As the CRO at Nimbix, an AI/ML/HPC company, orchestrated a remarkable transformation, elevating global revenues from $2.2M to over $28M in ARR across channel, inside, and direct sales teams. In my role as Co-Founder and CRO at the Houston Bunker, drove exponential revenue growth, leveraging methodologies and strategies to secure new enterprise logos nationally and internationally, resulting in revenue escalation from Seed to $24.8M in ARR. As a Co-Founder at Core Digital, developed and expanded sales team revenues, focusing on Field Marketing products for Mid-Market and Enterprise clients; an impressive surge to over $2.6M in revenue. At AirLan Telecom, as CIO/COO and Co-Founder, engineered a remarkable turnaround, catapulting the company from a $500K loss in 1998 to an astounding established revenue stream of $46M in ARR within three years. Beyond my professional endeavors, my community contributions include serving on the Boards of various non-profit organizations including New Friends New Life and the Genesis Women's Shelter, and providing mentorship to burgeoning startups through platforms like NewChip, Pavilion, and the Dallas Entrepreneur Center (DEC).
