Happy Team Culture is my creative outlet allowing me to provide resources and solutions to help leaders with getting to their end goal of creating positive workplace culture more efficiently, with ease and confidence. If you know me you know I live, eat and dream business more specifically anything related to Positivity and Building Happier Teams and this new company will be agile, lean and quick to respond to what our target market requires. We will be creating fresh new content for Team Leaders that my 12 years of working in Culture Coaching and Facilitation have brought to the surface. Generate and implement marketing plan along with actually going out and meeting with current and potential clients to secure more business.  Manage employees' client schedules and challenge them with new opportunities to grow and contribute to the success of the company.  Maintain a lean and efficient business while continuously looking for ways to improve our services and keep our clients HAPPY!  Most importantly have fun while doing all of the above.

Create the ultimate relaxed fun experience at Marina Mirage on the Gold Coast.  Incorporated American hospitality with yummy simple food and cold refreshing beverages.  We made our customers feel special by names our menu items after them and creating new menu items as requested.  For many our Bar was a Home away from Home. We were fortunate to meet many of our BEST friends while working at the bar.  Selling the bar was bitter sweet.  It was hard work but we enjoyed it.
