Feeling physically and emotionally exhausted by your work as a doctor? Experiencing burnout? Working in the NHS is increasingly hard. I realised that if I didn’t make some major changes I would likely perish. I am now an occupational health physician, qualified coach and experienced speaker who cares greatly about staying well at work and managing stress. My personal experience and expertise in working well underpin my passion for helping doctors avoid burnout. I use an evidence informed approach advocated by the Society of Occupational Medicine to help doctors recover from burnout.
