As a Senior Lecturer at Universiti Teknologi MARA for over 13 years, I have been teaching, researching, and publishing in the fields of marketing, consumer behavior, digital marketing, communication, and presentation skills. I hold a PhD in Marketing from Universiti Putra Malaysia, where I focused on consumer behavior and its implications for business strategy and social change. My mission is to empower students with practical knowledge and skills for success in today's dynamic business world, as well as to contribute to the advancement of marketing theory and practice. I am also involved in various academic and professional activities, such as leading a new program development, restructuring the curriculum, speaking at conferences and seminars, reviewing journals and books, and examining theses and dissertations. I am always eager to connect and collaborate with fellow educators, researchers, and practitioners to make a positive impact together.
