We also provide in-depth consultation to help organizations build their health from the inside, and guide them to own their initiatives and strategies for the long term. Our definition of health applies to physical, mental, social, and spiritual health across all levels of a company: individuals, managers, teams, senior leaders, and the overall climate of health at work. Our niche is evidence-based programs, delivering them and consulting on their adaptation for effectiveness. We have directly reached over 100,000 workers with our programs and many more through our train-the-trainer programs. We have been recognized by the National Registry of Evidence-Based Programs and Practices (NREPP), the U.S. Surgeon General, and the National Wellness Institute-Leadership Council, and bring 20 years of in-house expertise in behavioral research, statistical acumen, organizational development, and process consulting.
