For Fitness Entrepreneurs I’ve found that most fitness entrepreneurs struggle to create a professional presence on LinkedIn and, as a result, miss out on attracting many of their ideal clients. They either don’t know how or don’t have the time to create a professional presence on LinkedIn. They’re busy training clients and managing the operations side of things, and rightfully so. And for many, LinkedIn is less understood or overlooked; as a result, great money-making opportunities and connections are missed. They want to be known as a market leader in their industry and consistently attract their ideal clients. They want a successful business that provides for their family … but also gives them plenty of free time to enjoy their family. They think the problem is that social media marketing takes too much time or requires tech skills they don’t have. They get stuck on content creation, don’t know what to say, or worry about everything being ‘just right’. So they end up with random content and no consistency, which is worse than not posting. To fix that, they buy pre-made generic content or post articles written by AI, which hurts their credibility, especially on a professional platform like LinkedIn. But the real problem is that they don't understand what LinkedIn is at the core - a business networking social media platform. Because of that, they don’t correctly set up their account, and they neglect the many unique opportunities LinkedIn has to offer. What they really need is to create the right LinkedIn profile that stands out among the crowd, content that speaks to their ideal clients, and a simple weekly workflow that keeps their network interested and engaged. For HR & Wellness Professionals I've found that many HR professionals and wellness coordinators struggle to keep up with the ongoing demands of their full-time job and their commitment to leading their company's wellness program. They either don't want to be leading wellness or do not have the bandwidth to execute program initiatives consistently. They want a program that helps their people but doesn't have the expertise, bandwidth, or ability to produce a successful program year after year. They think the wellness program is too much busy work and not impactful to their people. But the real problem is that they must focus on the other 99.9% of their job.
