Your “age” is a lie. Let me explain. You’ve got your chronological age — which is the number of years you’ve been around in this world. But what really matters is your biological age. That’s the one that reflects how well your body’s doing. For example, an active 50 year old can be much fitter and feel ‘younger’ than a 30 year-old who spends his day at his desk and on his couch. The truth is that your well-being and healthspan, i.e you feeling good, looking your best, moving freely, and being full of energy, is a product of your habits, lifestyle and daily choices. But between work and family responsibilities, our health often takes a back-seat. That’s exactly what I want to fix — by sharing easy to implement medical and biohacking advice that helps you look, feel and move better than your actual age. 2 years ago, I picked up my phone and began recording health videos and uploading them on Instagram. I am now lucky to have a community of 500k+ health-conscious people across all platforms. Along the way, I also: - Gave a Tedx talk and a Josh talk - Won 5 health-influencer awards - Advised 4 health startups - Spoke at 8 conferences And to further the goal of helping people improve their lives, I co-founded NutriByte Wellness — where we provide one-on-one nutrition consultations and services to individuals who want to lead a happier and healthier life. I’ve also started sharing my expertise by giving in-person talks on workplace wellness to help organisations improve their employees’ health, morale and productivity. Throughout my life, I’ve seen that a healthy person has a 100 goals. But an unhealthy person just has one. So if you’re serious about performing your best and being healthier than your age suggests, stick around. I’ll help you with research-backed information about nutrition, fitness, sleep, mental health, exercise and joint health to enable you to PREVENT disease — so you can live life to the fullest. Here, it’s not just about living a long life, it’s about living the best one. Welcome to the family. Let’s educate. Let’s empower. Let’s connect.

Almost every day in my clinic, I see 30-year-olds with the internal health of 60-year-olds. Their bodies are aging twice as fast as they should be. Not because of bad genes or bad luck. But because of small daily choices that seemed harmless at the time: "Just one more late night." "I'll start exercising next week." "Everyone eats like this, it's fine." So here's a reality check - the real timeline of how disease actually develops: ▶︎ Type 2 Diabetes at 35 Didn't start last year. It started a decade ago - with that daily Coke, missed breakfasts, and calling chips a snack. ▶︎ Low Testosterone at 40 Didn't happen overnight. It built up slowly - from poor sleep, chronic stress, and chemical-laced packaged foods that mess with hormones. ▶︎ Joint Pain at 45 Didn't begin with one wrong move. It started with 9 hours of sitting daily - and no strength training to protect your joints. ▶︎ Heart Disease at 50 Didn't just "run in the family." It was shaped by years of high blood pressure, belly fat, and zero cardio. ▶︎ Cancer at 55 Isn't always bad luck. Chronic inflammation, toxin exposure, and years of poor nutrition often play a role. ▶︎ Osteoporosis at 60 Isn't just about aging. It often begins in your 30s - when your bones needed resistance training but never got it. Remember, none of these are sudden. They're the long-term result of everyday choices we delay fixing. Your longevity isn't built in your 60s. It's being built right now. Not with extremes. But with small, daily decisions - done consistently. So if you've been waiting for a wake-up call… This is it. Repost to help your colleagues and connections like a better life too. ❤️ #HealthAndWellness #Longevity #Healthcare
Joe Biden's prostate cancer has spread to his bones. But what terrifies me as a doctor is how many Indian men are next. Here's the truth: Prostate cancer is silently becoming an epidemic among Indian men. While Biden's case made headlines, thousands of Indian men are suffering in silence. And what's worse? We're catching it too late. The reality of prostate cancer in India: - It's now the 2nd most common cancer in urban Indian men. - We see 50,000+ new cases annually, with numbers rising every year. - Most men are diagnosed in their 60s-70s when treatment is less effective. - A simple blood test (PSA) could detect it 5-10 years earlier. - Early detection means nearly 100% survival rate. Biden's cancer has already spread to his bones - making it manageable but not curable. This could happen to any man who ignores the early warning signs: ▶︎ Frequent urination (especially at night) ▶︎ Difficulty starting or stopping urination ▶︎ Pain in the hips, back, or chest ▶︎ Blood in urine or semen ▶︎ Weak urine flow Here's what YOU can do today: 1. If you're over 45, request a PSA test in your next health checkup (it costs ₹500-1500). 2. If you have family history of prostate or breast cancer, start at 40. 3. Don't ignore urinary issues - what seems like "just getting older" could be something serious. 4. Reduce your risk: maintain healthy weight, eat more plant foods, exercise regularly. Remember: Most men with early prostate cancer have ZERO symptoms. Only a test can find it before it's too late. Repost 🔁 to share this with the men in your life - colleagues, connections, friends. You might save a life. #healthandwellness #menshealth #cancer
One piece of doctor’s advice to feel truly happy, focused, and energized again: Create a dopamine menu. → A list of things that make your brain release healthy dopamine. Not the unhealthy kind you get from scrolling — the kind you get when you: - Make progress towards your goals - Spend some time in the sun - Finish a tough workout - Laugh with friends - Sleep for 8 hours Make this list for yourself. And before starting your work day, just do one of these things for 20-60 mins. Because here’s the truth most people don’t realise: Dopamine is not just a “pleasure chemical.” It’s the motivation molecule that drives your focus, energy, and mood. So when you’re constantly chasing cheap dopamine - from screens, sugar, shopping, and shortcuts - it leads to overstimulation of the brain's reward system. And the result? We’re over-stimulated but under-satisfied. Busy, but not fulfilled. Awake, but always tired. So instead of “work-life balance,” start your day with dopamine balance. This is literally a natural daily mood booster — and it’s free. If you've been waking up tired, needing coffee to focus, and feeling "off" for no reason, it might be time for a reset. This week: → Create your healthy dopamine menu → Take out just 20 mins each morning → Do something from your menu → EARN your dopamine This post might be exactly what someone needs to read today. 👉 Repost it as a reminder. Let's help more people feel alive again. #healthandwellness #mentalhealth #lifestyle
You need a Survival Kit in your office - in case we’re put in lockdown. Here’s how to build it. Firstly, my goal here is not fear mongering. I have faith in the Indian defense system - we’ll all probably be okay. But a realistic scenario is that you end up stuck in your office under lockdown. Here’s the kit you must create with your colleagues to be prepared: ▶︎ Medicines to keep stocked: - Paracetamol (Fever & pain) - Cetirizine (Allergies) - Povidone Iodine (Wound cleaning) - Gauze, bandages (Wound dressing) - Mupirocin (Skin infections) - ORS & Electrolytes (Hydration) - Ondansetron (Vomiting) - Pantoprazole (Acidity) But don’t stop at medicines. You’ll also need: - Essentials: Masks, sanitiser, gloves - Clean water: Extra bottles, or purifiers - Food: Protein bars, nuts, dry fruits, canned food - Communication: Battery radio, backup SIM card - Power: Charged power banks, batteries, torches - A printed emergency contact list for all employees - First aid tools: Thermometer, oximeter, bandages, scissors - Quality of life: Toothbrush, change of clothes, board games Assuming you bring the basics from home (power bank, clothes, radio etc)… This whole kit won’t cost more than ₹3000-4000 for a team of 10. So you can pitch in and start building this today (or tell HR). 🙏🏻 We pray for peace. We’re grateful for every Indian soldier keeping us safe. But let’s not take that safety for granted. Repost to help your team, your friends, your network. They’ll be grateful you shared this with them. #healthandwellness #safety #publichealth
