Hi, I'm Peter I got into B2B Sales when I was only 17 & spent the last 16 years learning When I turned 23, I was ready for a new challenge & took on operations Since then, my greatest passion has become watching the careers of my team take off! For the last 6.5 years, I've been running Sales at Beanworks, managing 4 fantastic teams We've had some amazing accomplishments together, including doubling revenue every year During that time we've gone from 500k a year to 2M a month - 40x growth But the highlight of my time at Beanworks has been watching everyone I've managed for over a year get promoted Some have even had 3 promotions When I'm not at work, I love investing in myself & learning new skills - Growth is the game!
