Provided leadership for sales engineering, delivery, account management, and customer support functions providing a white label consumer health engagement platform for the nations largest life insurers: State Farm, Principal, Nationwide, Symetra, etc to digitally engage with their policyholders at the right time with the right message to drive retention and expansion. Established partnership agreements with some of the worlds most well respected consulting groups such as, EY and WiPro, in order to flawlessly deliver projects and value for the nations largest life insurers.

In this role I provided leadership for Validic's professional services, implementation, account management, and customer support teams. 

Validic is the healthcare industry's leading digital health platform for access to user-generated health data from over 300 wearables, in-home clinical devices, and mobile health applications. Through our partners, we reach 300,000,000+ lives in over 50 countries. With Validic’s broad scope and strong position in the market, we serve as a catalyst for innovation and thought leadership in healthcare, wellness, and sports medicine leveraging this health and wellness domain expertise to help our customers and partners execute on their strategic technical and business goals; ultimately, improving population health outcomes across the globe.

Director of Client Services & Customer Success

Established new professional services revenue generating service line. Established team and processes to support go to market activities and execution of full software development lifecycle consulting & product development practice. Owned P&L and took to market the business line onboarding Validics largest revenue projects/customers, including marquee hospital systems and healthcare technology companies, each in excess of $1M ACV.

Worked cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product management, development/QA and support organizations to facilitate flawless end to end service delivery throughout the entire customer life cycle. Served as a technical resource/subject matter expert during the pre-sales process, analyzing customer requirements, demo-ing Validic solutions, identifying and engineering optimal solutions for how Validic can address their specific use case. Leveraged strong project management skills to lead new Validic customer implementations/on-boarding and training. 
 
Led creation and execution of best in class Validic small, mid market and enterprise account management program while delivering high touch, best in class account management service to a global portfolio of organizations in the US, Canada, South America, UK, Europe, and Asia-Pac. Owned Account Management program/process including Validic proactive customer relationship management strategy development, customer health identification, risk management, NPS program facilitation and contract renewals acheiving best in class year one NPS score of 46, 97.5% customer retention and 100% Enterprise touch rate.

Senior Technical Account Manager

HealthFitness

Utilized superior product knowledge and high touch, hands on solutions, implementation and account management skills to exceed the expectations of fortune 500 clients in developing and deploying enterprise SaaS population health management technology solutions. Leveraged project management experience and technical aptitude throughout the process to consult with internal and external business partners to analyze customer needs, develop end to end operational solutions and client configurations, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure client solutions are engineered, delivered and implemented to meet those needs on-time and within budget.

Platform Solutions Consultant

Led project/program management and service delivery for the start-up of a regional fitness, wellness, health promotion and recreation program for one of the nations largest private financial services organizations with a diverse regional population of nearly 4,000 eligible associates. Managed all facets of day to day operations, administration, budget management, KPI tracking and reporting, program development and implementation, technology product delivery, data analysis, engagement strategies, and client/customer relationship account management. 

Served as a change management member of the strategic committee driving customer discovery, requirements gathering, product design and development of a new holistic enterprise wellness platform product prior to moving to a new business unit focused on delivering the production ready platform to new and existing customers.

Senior Program Manager

Town of Beech Mountain

Directly managed and supervised all facets of a city-wide parks and recreation department operations across multiple sites including personnel supervision of up to 20 full and part-time multi-level staff, strategic planning for the department, facility maintenance/management, marketing, budget development and implementation, capital project planning, KPI/PMD/Revenue tracking and reporting, volunteer coordination, staff training/development, program administration, and community relationship management. Successfully executed a departmental reorganization and reduced annual operating costs of a nearly $800,000 annual budget by over 10% in less than one years time while increasing ancillary revenue sources to compensate for budget cuts enabling multiple capital renovation and expansion projects to move forward, including the build-out of three new parks, major facility repairs, technology updates, interactive website redesign and launch, and a comprehensive fitness center renovation. Physical assets under management included 9 public parks, two lake facilities, miles of hatchery supported streams, 24,000 sqft recreation center atop a 65 acre recreation and fitness campus, 33+ miles of publicly maintained trails, and a winter park operation that included man made snow making.

Director of Parks & Recreation

Supported the Parks & Recreation department through supervision, maintenance, and upkeep of the 24,000 square foot Buckeye Recreation Center including facility coverage and management, staff supervision, cash control and reports processing, and attention to facility computer and alarm systems. Developed and launched a comprehensive fitness and wellness program from the ground up that included group fitness, personal training, health education/promotion, community fitness initiatives, and town employee wellness initiatives. Responsible for all fitness/wellness product and service delivery. Recruited, hired, trained and supervised group exercise instructors and contract personal trainers and managed all administrative aspects, including budget management, of the Fitness/Wellness division. Developed innovative and unique fitness and wellness programs for a broad demographic range, instituted creative marketing campaigns to provide value-added classes, programs and activities for Buckeye Recreation Center members and Town of Beech Mountain residents and employees, and provided regular group fitness class instruction and personal training services.

Facilitated cardiopulmonary exercise rehabilitation services as a noninvasive therapy for patients experiencing recent cardiac and pulmonary events in an interdisciplinary, team based care environment, and assisted them in the implementation of an exercise prescription tailored to their individual needs. Administered and oversaw exercise/metabolic tests, medical consults, and ACSM risk stratification/classification. Dedicated an average of 20 hours per week and up to 40 hours per week while pursuing a graduate degree full-time and working full-time as a community fitness leader.

YMCA of Greater Charlotte

Administered fitness orientations, assessments, metabolic testing, and blood pressure readings for members, clients, and corporate partners. Provided fitness center and facility orientations to all new members. Conducted fitness programming, personal training, and small group fitness instruction as well as wellness consultations and programming for the Medical Referral Program in a corporate fitness setting as the branch was housed in the now Wells Fargo, formely Wachovia, headquarters. Hosted health fairs to develop corporate partnerships, strengthen community relationships, and market branch services under the direction of the Wellness Director. Worked full-time expanding my knowledge of the industry while enrolled full-time in pre-requisite courses to complete a graduate degree in exercise science.
