Hello, my name is Eli. I am a college graduate with a marketing degree from Texas State University. Go Bobcats! My professional experience began as a Cashier at H-E-B, where I worked for nearly four years. In this role, I learned very much about what it means to work in customer service. I made great friends, got yelled at because I wasn't scanning groceries fast enough, and learned that taxes are taken out of my hard-earned paycheck. The good, the bad, and the ugly taught me a lot, and it was a great experience for my first job. My first full-time job came as a Canvasser for Renewal by Andersen. This was my first sales position, and I learned very quickly that I had to love the word "NO". Luckily, I have a very short-term memory when it comes to "NO" and within six months I moved into a management position. During the next eight months in this role, I spent my time training new employees, helping current employees meet and exceed sales goals all while continuing to meet and exceed my own. This job gave me great insight into a work environment where I can excel. Currently, I have found myself at Impactable working as a Digital Account Manager. This is my first marketing-centric position, and I am very excited to learn new skills and continue growing professionally. My previous experiences translate well to this role because I am very results-driven with the desire to learn, so I will do everything I can to ensure a successful campaign for the accounts I manage.
