Tired of sending out dozens of applications and hearing… nothing? You’re not alone. One of the biggest frustrations I hear from PMs is this: “I apply to roles I’m qualified for—but get no response. I don’t even know if I’m doing something wrong.” That black hole feeling isn’t just demotivating—it’s a signal that something in the process needs to shift. --- You need more than just a polished resume. --- You need a system that helps you get seen, remembered, and referred. That’s exactly what I help PM job seekers build. -> A personalized, repeatable system that gets you interviews and builds momentum fast. If you’re job hunting and want to break out of the cycle. DM me 'SYSTEMS' and I’ll share a free resource to help.
Looking for warm leads in your job hunt? Here’s a free no‑code hack. 1 -> Save LinkedIn job searches for each role you want. 2 -> Create Gmail filters to label and forward those alerts to Slack / your inbox. 3 -> Log each alert in a Google sheet using Zapier or IFTTT. 4 -> Maintain a sheet of role names, search URLs / labels. I use this myself for automated alerts for opportunities. Looking for more details in your PM job hunt? Book a discovery call here: https://lnkd.in/ef7aippF
Tired of rambling answers in PM interviews? 🎯 Tell your story like a product narrative. Think of each behavioral question as a chance to LAUNCH your experience like a feature... L – Locate the problem What challenge / opportunity were you facing? A – Analyze insights What user / data insight informed your direction? U – Unpack your approach What was your strategy or MVP? N – Navigate roadblocks What challenges did you overcome? C – Communicate the impact What was the outcome? H – Highlight the learning What did you learn and apply forward? This makes your answers... - structured - memorable - PM-brain friendly You’re not just telling a story. You’re showing how you build. I use this method in my PM coaching as part of the systems I teach. Want to learn more about how to level up in the PM job hunt? Give me a follow.
🧠 PMs, here’s how to answer in an interview: “Do you have experience building an AI-powered product?” You don’t need to have coded the model yourself. What matters is how you translated complexity into value. Here’s a framework to shape your response: Problem – What pain point were you solving? Opportunity – Why was AI/ML the right approach? Collaboration – How did you work with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders? Outcome – What measurable value did it deliver? Reflection – What did you learn about building responsibly with AI? Example: “At [company], we built a supervised learning model to classify support tickets by urgency. I led the effort to define labeling criteria with our support team, partnered with data scientists to train and validate the model, and prioritized the MVP for launch. This reduced first-response time by 40% and improved SLA compliance.” You’re not expected to be the data scientist. You’re expected to be the bridge between technical teams and business outcomes. How would you answer this question?
Laid off or let go in tech/gov? You’re not alone. And you’re not done. Here’s how to bounce back as a product/tech pro: 1. Pause with purpose - Reflect on what drained vs energized you in your last role. That clarity will shape your next move. 2. Update your toolkit - Revamp your resume, LinkedIn, and portfolio. Highlight outcomes, not just tasks. 3. Rebuild your runway - Know your burn rate. Prioritize freelance, consulting, or contract gigs if needed. 4. Tap into your network - Warm intros beat cold apps. Reach out to old coworkers, mentors, and communities. 5. Stay sharp, stay seen - Share insights, write posts, contribute to open source or side projects. you’re not starting over you’re starting smarter. Let me know if you’re going through this. Happy to share resources or help however I can. 👇
PM job market is tough. Let’s make you unignorable. I coach product & program managers who are serious about landing their next role ---> fast. Clients I’ve worked with have: -> Landed roles at top tech companies -> Gone from “no replies” to 3+ interviews/week -> Turned confusing resumes into offer magnets What we focus on: --- High-converting resume + LinkedIn profile --- Mock interviews that actually prep you --- Strategic networking + job targeting --- Clarity, momentum, and accountability If you’re ready to break out of the job hunt spiral, let’s talk. Comment “Coach” or DM me.
Most people fumble this one interview question: “Tell me about yourself.” It’s not small talk. It’s a test. The interviewer wants to know: How clear is your story? Are you relevant for the role? Do you bring momentum? Here’s a simple structure to nail it: Past – your relevant background and expertise Present – what you’re doing now and what you’re great at Future – what you’re looking for and why this role fits Here's mine: “I started my career in data analysis, built systems to streamline ops at [Company], and now lead cross-functional AI launches. I’m focused on roles where I can drive product outcomes with clear metrics and impact, like this one.” Treat your intro like a product pitch. Short, clear, and focused on value. What’s your elevator pitch when asked this question?
Burnout doesn’t ask for permission. It just shows up. On the Amalfi coast, I looked up. Not at my phone. Not at a to-do list. But at the clouds hanging over cliffs. I hadn’t looked up in months. I was chasing output. Meetings, dashboards, notifications. But I wasn’t seeing anything. Just grinding. Since that trip. I build space into every week. To look up. To see clearly. To reset. To feel again. When was the last time you looked up?
How I learned how to do ML system design interviews well. I used to wing it... jumping from data to models without structure. Sometimes it worked. Most times it didn’t land. What helped me was FRAME F - Frame the problem R - Requirements (product + technical) A - Architect components M - Model and data flow E - Evaluate tradeoffs It gave me a repeatable way to think through any ML product challenge. Now I use it in interviews, strategy meetings, & even roadmap planning. Want the cheat sheet I use? DM me 'ML' and I’ll send it over.
Found a job you’re excited about but don’t know what to say? Here’s a prompt I’ve used to turn job links and resumes into tailored applications and interview prep : 👉 “Given this job description [paste link] and my resume attached, I have a warm contact who can help me apply. Help me do two things, apply effectively and prepare for job interviews.” That’s it. AI will give you: • A referral blurb • Interview prep • Resume highlights • A custom game plan No more staring at blank pages. Just add your job link and resume, and watch it work.
