Tasked with scaling, increasing efficiency, process, and acumen of the sales org. Generated 3x growth YOY while scaling the team from 9 to 21 Account Executives and 2 managers. Improved unit economics by changing how we target and close prospects. Worked directly with the Director of Demand Gen to maximize top of funnel inbound leads and increase conversion ratios.
       Developed and delivered a training program and playbook for successful onboarding of all new sales employees.
       Redesigned commission structure to improve unit economics and increase ACV.
•	Implemented Account Based selling to help increase close ratios by 12% and shortened the sales cycle.

Following acquisition and merger of DemandForce with Intuit, was tasked with establishing from scratch a new specialty vertical within the Health Division, which lacked any addressable market due to lack of software integration. Built and led a team of 12 Account Executives, steered strategic initiatives, oversaw productivity, customer engagement, and service delivery, drove success in individual territories. 
•	Transformed addressable market by actively building software partnerships, adding 6 within the first fiscal year.
•	Delivered and facilitated rigorous training of team including weekly training focused on areas of opportunity, and weekly one-to-one supervision sessions to ensure engagement and support.
•       Drove success achieving 122% of Vertical Goal

Selected as first Account Executive challenged with establishing a new Chiropractic vertical. Successfully implemented intensive business development strategies and initiatives generating 6 software partnerships resulting in adding 40% to addressable market.
•	Proactively engaged in cold-calling, utilized distributor channels and capitalized on existing customer referrals to generate leads, along with traveling extensively to tradeshows and territory to expand the network and prospect new accounts.
