Throughout my career as a sales leader, I’ve been driven by the belief that great teams achieve great things. My role then expanded to lead both the Strategic and Enterprise sales segments across North America. With a deep focus on value-driven sales and MEDDPICC execution, my teams achieved 300% growth in new logo ACV year-over-year, partnering with industry leaders such as U.S. Bank, NVIDIA, and Salesforce. Before Stack Overflow, I joined Salesloft at a pivotal growth phase and led the creation of a Business Value team, which helped clients build compelling ROI-backed proposals. We surpassed our revenue targets by 137%, a testament to the team’s dedication and our refined approach to value selling. As a leader, I prioritize fostering a positive, growth-focused environment, grounded in actionable data and insights. Prior to these roles, I honed my skills at Korbyt and Four Winds Interactive, where I led comprehensive sales transformations, created and scaled new sales programs, and developed processes that enabled our teams to meet—and often exceed—aggressive targets. Each role taught me the value of a disciplined, client-centered approach. Today, I’m passionate about leading sales teams that aim to innovate, adapt, and grow.
