Working on a platform that transforms how sales teams work, starting with AI-supported one-on-ones and deal management to avoid losing sight of what really matters. My journey in sales has been influenced partly by seeing my wife’s career evolve from rep to manager with 6-8 direct reports and having the privilege of being her sounding board on both sides. I also lean on my experience working at a FinTech firm as the first growth hire. Needing to wear many hats, I self-studied my way through Value Selling, podcasts, books, courses - you name it - and ended up finding a passion for sales that led me to closing over 7 figures worth of revenue. Partnering closely with the VP of Sales, I learned how vital a strong leader was to a rep’s success. I also learned about the inefficiencies that plague the corporate sales environment as we know it. I’m going down a path to create something that makes the partnership between sales manager and rep data-driven without losing the human touch. The use of AI is critical to empowering better one-on-ones, smarter deal rooms, consistent coaching, and expanding the bandwidth of both rep & leader. Our “north star”? We want to create a tool so efficient that it enables a sales manager to adequately support 12 reps instead of 8, complete 5 days of work in 3, and still achieve a year-over-year growth in revenue per rep. It's a stretch goal, but one that's absolutely achievable. To make this vision a reality, we're looking for collaborators who are as passionate as we are about transforming the internal sales landscape with the use of AI.
