Responsible for providing an initial estimate on effort and agreeing on scope and approach with the client.
Managing and then assigning internal resources of TB&W DDC (Dedicated Development Center)to successfully complete the projects/integration.

Entered the company as the Sr Billing consultant
Was fully responsible for Integration of Allot NetEnforcer traffic shaper devices with the main IP Billing systems vendors (Portal Software, Exact, ...,).
Intensive work and integration with the billing systems vendors. 
Intensive presale of integration solutuions, taking part in trade shows.

Senior software developer/consultant/partnerships and integrations

Orange

Taking part from the pilot phase till full live for ORANGE GSM implementation project. Responsible for all CDR collection and service provisioning modules for LHS 5.1 CC&B system. Intensive integration (Ericsson MSCs and LHS Billing gateway) and consulting with Ericsson engineers.

Hewlett Packard Enterprise

Ministry Of Interior (AVIV) project implemented by DEC.
Entered the project as the software developer at the prototype phase.
Was responsible for software development of UI, db layer and business logic layers.
