-Led and drove recruiting strategies across Wayfair's Corporate Sales and Service North American Division ( B2B, B2C Non-Volume Sales & Service/Operations/Analytics while managing a team of 8 recruiters

-Established vision, strategy and road map for how to source top and established immediate and long-term hiring goals via regular reporting cadence
