I provide legal advice on E-commerce, information technology (IT), data protection, investment and commercial (luxury fashion) matters on a multi-jurisdictional basis. As part of my core tasks I review, draft and negotiate various agreements and issues including digital commerce agreements, payment gateway services agreements, various SaaS agreements (data analytics, CRM etc), logistics services agreements, IT oursource and fixed project agreements and IT core infrastructure agreements. Subject matter expert for E-commerce, SaaS, IT, logistics and data protection related questions for the Chalhoub Group.

I initiated and led the provisioning of legal advice for the development and launch of the MUSE customer loyalty program in the UAE, Kuwait and KSA.
