Key Responsibilities:
Promotions and Events 
•	Manage the complete cycle of conceptualizing, planning, developing and executing promotions and events in the mall to drive traffic and boost overall business of the mall.
•	Conduct marketing studies and surveys to identify the target customer segments and ensure cost effective execution of promotions and events through niche marketing strategies.
•	Lead the marketing team in planning and executing all events and promotional activities in the mall ensuring on time, flawless completions of all campaign phases. 
•	Develop and manage the annual event calendar of the mall ensuring effective focused events and promotions are organized during all key festive, holiday and shopping seasons.   
Marketing Communications
•	Formulate and execute publicity strategy of the mall for continuous promotion through advertisements in conventional print and online media ensuring optimum mix of media.
•	Contributed to the building of branding and positioning aspects of the mall through effective utilization of online platforms like the company website and social media channels like Facebook and Twitter.
•	Participate in analysis of market research data to derive strategic inputs for effective market segmentation and improvements in overall customer satisfaction.
•	Provide guidance and support in developing high impact content for use in all marketing communications including press, in-mall and online channels.

Sr. Executive, Marketing

Key Responsibilities:
•	Managed all corporate communications activities including creative and proactive media and community relations initiatives contributing to the company action plan for remaining top-of-the-mind recall among customers as Qatar’s ultimate family shopping destination.
•	Provided executive support to the General Manager by preparing impressive, high-impact corporate presentations and articulately drafted speeches for seminars, conferences and management / executive meetings.
•	Planned and executed communication campaigns that complimented the shopping mall’s objectives of increasing awareness among target audiences and drive up traffic.
•	Formulated and implemented an effective communication strategy to reinforce and enhance the brand positioning of malls by delivering consistent high impact messages.
•	Directed and controlled all internal and external agencies working on branding, advertising and promotions to ensure brand identity and positioning as a preferred family destination.
•	As the point of contact for media relations, organized press conferences, wrote and issued press releases and liaised with media for effective coverage of all key announcements and events at the mall.
•	Provided active and effective support in developing and implementing media plans for all events and activities taking place in the mall to capture maximum attention of targeted audiences.
•	Developed and ensured effective use of PR collaterals like press kits, photo gallery and web content, monitoring compliance with the brand and positioning strategies of the mall.
•	Managed the corporate communications budget, planning and implementing effective scheduling and allocation of funds and monitoring utilization for optimum return on investment.
•	Identified opportunities for cost effective promotion of the mall’s brand and recommended appropriate action plans.
