As a Senior Leadership Consultant at FranklinCovey and an Executive Coach at BetterUp, I have over 15 years of experience in helping senior leaders and their work cultures become their best, most authentic selves. I specialize in organizational effectiveness, change leadership, and performance management, using evidence-based frameworks and tools to create lasting impact. My passion for maximizing human potential stems from my own personal and professional journey. After a near-death experience while surfing, I decided to pursue my entrepreneurial and academic aspirations, founding an EdTech venture, joining BCG Digital Ventures as a Learning and Org Development Manager, and completing an Executive Master's at Columbia University. Through these experiences, I developed The Role Model Framework, a unique approach to driving organizational change and creating amazing work cultures by role-modeling the desired behaviors and outcomes. I apply this framework to my current roles at FranklinCovey and BetterUp, where I partner with clients across various industries and sectors to help them achieve their goals and transform their organizations.
