Halfway through 2024: Is your goal progress slower than expected? 

Mine is.  I was hoping to be much closer to my 2024 goals by now.  

So what should I do?  Quit and wait until next year to start over?  

Absolutely not!  I HAVE accomplished things and made progress.  

I'm thankful and grateful that I'm closer to my goals.  

I'm farther along than if I had no goals for 2024 and just wanted to maintain the "status quo" in my life. 

Give yourself some grace.  It may take a lot of time and effort to achieve your goals.  If it doesn't, then your goals may be too easy.  

Dream big!  You are worth it.  

Keep going!  

You are called to do something great with your life.

I am.  I want more time and financial freedom to do what I want, when I want, and with who I want.  

Here are some things you can do to create more freedom:

🎯 𝐃𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: Focus on what truly matters. Cut out the noise and concentrate on your core values.

🎯 𝐌𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: Plan your day around high-impact activities. Use tools like time blocking to maximize efficiency.

🎯 𝐒𝐞𝐭 𝐁𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬: Learn to say no. Protect your time and energy from distractions and unnecessary commitments.

🎯 𝐃𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐭𝐞: Trust your team. Delegate tasks that others can handle to free up your schedule for strategic thinking and growth.

🎯 𝐈𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐢𝐧 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐭𝐡: Continuous learning opens new doors. Invest in yourself to create more opportunities and flexibility.

🎯 𝐀𝐮𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐲: Use technology to automate repetitive tasks. Simplify your processes to reduce stress and increase efficiency.

🎯 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐲 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡𝐲: Physical and mental health are crucial. Exercise, meditate, and eat well to maintain your energy and focus.

🎯 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐨𝐦: Create multiple income streams. Invest wisely to build a financial cushion that gives you more choices.

I've asked myself that plenty of times throughout my life.

Many of us feel stuck and wonder how we got here. If you're frustrated often, here are some steps to help:

📍 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐞: Think about what's causing your frustration—work, personal life, or relationships.

📍 𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬: Try meditation or deep-breathing exercises to reduce stress.

📍 𝐁𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐋𝐢𝐟𝐞: Set clear boundaries between work and personal time. Make sure to enjoy activities you love.

📍 𝐋𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐭 𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐚: Yes – even LinkedIn.  Spend less time on social media to avoid comparisons.

📍 𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝 𝐚 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐍𝐞𝐭𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤: Surround yourself with supportive friends and family.
