There are too many things to understand and know. Simultaneously, work is going through its biggest transformation since the birth of mechanisation. Will we all be replaced by robots? We are faced with a challenge that we can answer only with a cultural training such as has never been demanded of anyone before. Training enables us to be resilient, converts risks into opportunities and make our choices correctly. Numbers and logic were always my key in understanding, the lenses through which I could observe and organise the reality I was studying. It was this mind-set that led me to invest in the organisation of training, thanks to my own training. I share with Davide the view that education and training are an ecosystem forming a market that is partly to be discovered and partly to be rationalised.
