With over 10 years of experience in HR and executive recruitment roles, I have built a career focused on tackling high turnover and attrition rates. My mission is to scale recruitment processes to actively attract talent and cultivate empowering work environments. Wondering what I can actually pull off? 1. At Amazon Rugeley recruitment was difficult and performance was lagging around 70%. I was tasked with managing recruitment requisitions and improving performance to meet SLA’s. I developed and delivered targeted 10-min coaching sessions for existing staff, focusing on improving ADAPT and juggled with contingency hires. Employee performance jumped from 70% to 120% on avg after only 4 coaching sessions. The same team also broke 3 consecutive Outbound national production records. 2. The Amazon PUP site in Daventry was underperforming and the site was transitioning to pedestrian-with robotics facilities. I had to recruit a substantial workforce to support this transition and improve the output- while also building our own recruitment team. After 10 months and hiring over 750 associates- we have also coordinated the launch of the UK’s first POD site. This team "only" went on to break the national Inbound production record during the Pandemic. 3. MACH was managing the transition of 5 NHS sites during the Pandemic, with labourers requiring onboarding via TUPE. I was responsible for ensuring a smooth transfer within a 3mth period, all while facing technological limitations caused by budget cuts. I organised and managed the transition process manually, ensuring compliance and minimal disruption to operations. Not only did the transition of all 250 workers went completed without a hitch, but operations continued uninterrupted across all 5 sites during the whole process. 4. Britix needed a client database for expansion but lacked the finances/ knowledge to wrap-it-up. I was assigned to research and compile data on businesses in EMEA to create a potential business tool. Within 3 weeks, I researched over 2,000 clients, gathering information and localising it into a complete database. The database -estimated close to £25k- was delivered to Britix for free. 5. PTW needed to expand its QA department but lacked a consistent strategy. I was tasked with scaling the QA department and building a team for the European Financial team. Within the next 12mths, I grew the QA department by 74%; not only was the upscale successful, but 5 executive financial heads have joined the team. Seems too hard to believe?
