I have a dream. And a strong belief. My belief is that behind every immigrant there’s a beautiful story of resilience & tremendous potential. My dream is a world with less underemployed immigrants. I coach immigrants to build fulfilling & high-paying careers in their new country. Because they deserve a great quality of life. Because moving to another country shouldn’t mean limiting what they can achieve as professionals. The reality is tough & frustrating. Millions of immigrants are currently underemployed (working in roles below their skills/education/potential). According to Statistics Canada, it takes newcomers an average of 10 years to secure jobs that align with their qualifications. (Yes, a decade!) As an immigrant who has lived in 7 cities across 4 countries in Latin America, Europe, Canada & the United States, I know how tough it can be. I started with minimum-wage jobs despite holding an MBA & years of experience. But today, I’ve built a career that fulfills me: a 6-figure role, fully remote, at a company that aligns with my values, led by a mentor I admire deeply and who helps me grow. This wasn’t luck. It was strategy! Clear goals. And the right moves at the right time. Over the past decade, I’ve dedicated myself to learning how to crack the code to design a fulfilling career as an immigrant. And I have helped people like you and me to avoid or escape underemployment. With my 1st-hand experience & expertise from coaching others, I’ve helped transform lives—professionals feeling fulfilled, well-paid & empowered as they step into careers that truly reflect their worth.
