Why is it so hard to help salespeople sell better? We’re investing billions a year in training, coaching, and technology. What do sales teams have to show for it? Not much. 47% of salespeople still fail to meet their quota (according to CSO Insights). The sales profession is in an effectiveness crisis! After spending years of hiring and firing salespeople, I realized that my leadership was the main problem.
