I've been deep in SaaS outbound for 7 months now. Here's why 90% of campaigns fail in the first 30 days...

Been working with founders on their GTM strategies, and I keep seeing the same pattern over and over.

Great product, excited team, zero pipeline.

After helping design and optimize outbound campaigns across different SaaS verticals, I've spotted the exact mistake that kills most efforts before they even get started.

Here's what I found:

The #1 Killer: They start with volume, not precision.
9 out of 10 founders think outbound success = sending more emails.

3. The 48-Hour Rule → If you don't get replies within 48 hours, your message is wrong → Don't send more volume, fix the message first → One good message beats 1,000 bad ones

Targeting, messaging, and channels that run on process, not guesswork.

Quick, messy tests across plays, channels, and messaging so growth is fueled by iteration, not luck.
