Assisted the commander in planning and conducting all US military security assistance, foreign military sales, engagement, contingency and humanitarian relief operations across the 31-nation region of Latin America and the Caribbean.

🎉 Congratulations to the 4 winners of xTechCounter Strike! 

xTechCounter Strike identifies mature (TRL 6+), integration-ready solutions that can detect, defeat, and outmaneuver small unmanned aerial systems in contested environments—delivering real-world impact where it matters most.

A core strength of this initiative in partnership with G-TEAD (Global Tactical Edge Acquisition Directorate) U.S. Army Europe and Africa, and the 52nd Air Defense Artillery Regiment, is bringing industry directly into live experimentation events. Integrating technologies at Truppenübungsplatz Putlos enabled companies to receive real-time feedback from soldiers, refine their capabilities, and demonstrate performance under operationally relevant conditions. This hands-on collaboration is critical for accelerating innovation and ensuring solutions are ready for real-world use.

During the event, 10 firms were able to integrate into Flytrap 4.5, trained soldiers on their systems, and were formally evaluated. 

The US Army selected four winners to receive $350K each, with potential follow-on contracts to transition their technologies into operational use.
